摘要
为探究局部错层超限高层的抗震性能及超限问题,文中对某工程原设计进行优化调整。选用PKPM和MIDAS对比分析结构变形和塑性损伤程度。结果表明调整方案可将原结构超限项控制在规范限值内,解决了建筑多项超限问题,抗震性能更佳,为同类工程实践提供参考。
In order to explore the seismic performance and overrun problem of local staggered high-rise buildings,the original design of a certain project is optimized.PKPM and MIDAS are used to compare and analyze the degree of structural deformation and plastic damage.The results show that the scheme control the overrunning items of the original structure within the code limit,solving many overrunning problems of the building,and the seismic perfor⁃mance is better,which may provide reference for similar engineering practices.
