布袋桩室内无侧限抗压试验强度特性分析

摘要 布袋注浆桩法作为一种软土地基处理方法得到广泛应用,其中的布袋可以有效提高桩身完整性和减少浆液的外渗。为探究布袋对水泥桩的强度增强效果以及不同配比下布袋桩的强度大小,制作普通水泥桩及不同配比下的布袋水泥桩进行无侧限抗压强度试验。试验结果表明,布袋桩在一定程度上提高了水泥桩的抗压强度和延性;水泥含量越高,布袋桩强度越大,粉煤灰含量越低,布袋桩强度越大,相较于粉煤灰来说,水泥的含量对布袋桩的抗压强度产生的影响更大。试验结果可为布袋桩处理软土地基的承载力计算提供参考。 The grouting bag piles method is widely used as a soft ground treatment method,in which the bag effec⁃tively improves the integrity of the pile body and reduce the seepage of the slurry.In order to investigate the strength enhancement effectiveness of bag on cement piles and the strength size of bag piles under different ratios,ordinary cement piles and bag cement piles under different ratios are made to carry out unconfined compressive strength tests.The results show that bag piles improve the compressive strength and ductility of cement piles to a certain ex⁃tent,in which the strength of bag piles increases with the cement content and decreases with the fly ash content.Compared with fly ash,the cement content has a greater impact on the compressive strength of bag piles.The results may provide the reference for the calculation of the bearing capacity of fabric piles for soft ground treatment.
