摘要
外泌体是胚胎生长发育的重要调控因子之一,在胚胎和母体组织的交流过程中发挥主要作用,并对胚胎的生长发育有着至关重要的影响。不同来源的外泌体在母胚交流、胚胎发育等不同生理阶段中发挥着不同程度的介导作用。外泌体中的一些蛋白质、RNA或其他因子通过调节胚胎微环境影响胚胎的生长发育。该文综述了外泌体中RNA及蛋白影响胚胎生长发育的调控作用,为深入探究外泌体对胚胎发育的影响机制提供参考和借鉴。
Exosomes are one of the important regulators of embryonic growth and development,which play a major role in the communication between embryonic and maternal tissues and have a crucial impact on embryonic growth and development.Exosomes of different sources play different mediating roles in different physiological stages such as maternal embryo communication and embryonic development.Some proteins,RNA,or other factors in exosomes affect the growth and development of embryos by regulating the embryonic microenvironment.This review expounds the exploration process of RNA and protein components in exosomes affecting embryonic growth and development,and provides reference for exploring the mechanism of exosomes on embryonic development.
