负压引流在毒蛇咬伤中的应用研究进展

Research progress on application of negative pressure drainage in snakebite

蛇毒对机体的损害与蛇毒素进入体内血循环量有着密切关系。因此,被毒蛇咬伤后应采取有效措施加快毒素排出,减少蛇毒素吸收与扩散,以减少并发症和减轻局部组织损伤程度,挽救患者生命。目前,临床上从针刺拔罐减压及各类改良负压引流装置的应用,均取得不同程度的效果。本文就负压引流在毒蛇咬伤中的应用进行综述。

The lethality of snake venom to the body is largely determined by the amount of snake venom entering the bloodstream.Minimizing the absorption of toxins after being bitten by venomous snakes can effectively save lives,reduce complications,and reduce the degree of local tissue damage.The application of various improved negative pressure drainage devices,from acupuncture and cupping decompression,has achieved varying degrees of efficacy,greatly reducing disability rates,and improving the quality of life of patients.Therefore,this article reviews the application of negative pressure drainage in snake bites.
