清单式临床护理路径对肺血栓栓塞症患者确诊时间的影响

Effect of checklist-type clinical nursing pathway on diagnosis time of patients with pulmonary thromboembolism

目的探讨清单式临床护理路径对肺血栓栓塞症(PTE)患者确诊时间的影响。方法选取2021年1~12月在我科住院的30例PTE患者作为对照组,选取2022年1~12月在我科住院的30例PTE患者作为观察组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用清单式临床护理路径管理,观察比较两组患者从入院至行CT肺动脉造影(CTPA)确诊PTE的时间(确诊时间)。结果观察组PTE患者经实施清单式临床护理路径管理后的确诊时间明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用清单式临床护理路径管理可明显加快新入院PTE患者的确诊时间,使PTE患者能够得到及时、准确、有效的诊断、治疗和护理,从而挽救患者生命,促进患者康复。

Objective To explore the effect of checklist-based clinical nursing pathway on diagnosis time of pulmonary thromboembolism(PTE)patients.Methods 30 patients with PTE hospitalized in our department from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the control group,and 30 patients with PTE hospitalized in our department from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the observation group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with checklist clinical nursing pathway management.The time of diagnosis of PTE from admission to CT pulmonary angiography(CTPA)was observed and compared between the two groups.Results The diagnosis time of PTE patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group after the implementation of checklist clinical nursing pathway management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of checklist clinical nursing pathway management can significantly accelerate the diagnosis time of newly admitted PTE patients,so that PTE patients can get timely,accurate and effective diagnosis,treatment and nursing,so as to save patients'lives and promote patients'recovery.
