重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子凝胶联合乳酸依沙吖啶换药对普外科术后切口愈合的效果研究

Effect of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel combined with ethacridine lactate dressing change on wound healing after general surgery

目的探讨重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(R-bFGF)凝胶联合乳酸依沙吖啶换药对普外科术后切口愈合的应用效果。方法选取2021年2月至2023年1月在我院行腹部手术的患者60例,按随机数字表法分为对照组(30例)和研究组(30例)。对照组术后给予乳酸依沙吖啶换药,研究组在对照组的基础上给予R-bFGF凝胶应用,比较两组患者的切口愈合效果、切口感染发生率、切口愈合时间、切口愈合美观度及患者满意度。结果研究组患者的切口愈合效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的切口感染率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组的切口愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访6个月时,研究组的切口愈合美观度、患者满意度均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论R-bFGF凝胶联合乳酸依沙吖啶换药可促进普外科术后切口早期愈合,提高切口愈合美观度及患者满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor(R-bFGF)gel combined with ethacridine lactate dressing change on wound healing after general surgery.Methods 60 patients who underwent abdominal surgery in the hospital from February 2021 to January 2023 were randomly divided into a control group(30 cases)and a study group(30 cases)using a random number table method.The control group received ethacridine lactate dressing change after surgery,and the study group received R-bFGF gel based on the control group.Compare the wound healing status,incidence of wound infection,wound healing time,wound healing aesthetics,and patient satisfaction between the two groups.Results The wound healing in the study group was better than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incision infection rate between the study group and the control group(P>0.05).The incision healing time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After a follow-up of 6 months,the study group showed better incision healing and patient satisfaction compared to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion R-bFGF gel combined with ethacridine lactate dressing change can promote the early healing of incision after general surgery,and improve the beauty of incision healing and patient satisfaction.
