百令片对早期糖尿病肾病患者微炎症因子、氧化应激指标及肾功能的影响

Effects of Bailing tablets on microinflammatory factors,oxidative stress indexes and renal function in early diabetic nephropathy patients

目的探究百令片对早期糖尿病肾病(EDN)患者微炎症反应、氧化应激指标及肾功能的影响。方法选择2021年3月至2023年3月在我院治疗的60例EDN患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组各30例。对照组给予二甲双胍与阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上加用百令片治疗,比较两组患者的微炎症因子[C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)]、氧化应激指标[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)]、肾功能指标[血清尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)]水平及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,研究组的CRP、IL-6水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组的SOD、GSH-Px水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组患者的肾功能指标比较,研究组的BUN、Cr水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论EDN患者采用百令片治疗有利于调节微炎症状态,促进肾功能恢复,改善氧化应激指标,且安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effects of Bailing tablet on microinflammatory response,oxidative stress index and renal function in patients with early diabetic nephropathy(EDN).Methods 60 EDN patients admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were divided into two groups with 30 cases each according to random number table method.The control group was treated with metformin and atorvastatin calcium tablets,and the study group was treated with Bailing tablets on the basis of the control group.The levels of microinflammatory factors[C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)],oxidative stress indexes[superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)],renal function indexes[serum urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(Cr)]and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The level of microinflammatory factors in the study group was lower than that in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The SOD and GSH-Px levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The renal function index of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Treatment with Bailing tablets in EDN patients is beneficial to regulating microinflammation,promoting the recovery of renal function and improving oxidative stress indexes.It is safe and reliable,and has clinical application significance.
