鼻小柱支撑移植物的研究进展

近年来,随着人们对美容要求的提高,国内整形外科得到蓬勃发展。鼻整形美容术是临床最普及的整形手术之一,在鼻整形术中鼻小柱移植物常用于维持鼻部正常结构及功能。目前,鼻小柱移植物种类较多,包括自体软骨、异种材料、异体材料、人工材料等,但不同材料在鼻部塑性方面各有优缺点。选取安全、稳定性好的鼻小柱移植物,对改善鼻部整体外观有重要意义。本文就鼻小柱移植物的塑形意义、移植物特性及常用材料作一综述,为理想鼻小柱支撑移植物的选择提供参考。

In recent years,with the improvement of people's cosmetic requirements,domestic plastic surgery has flourished,and rhinoplasty is one of the most popular plastic surgery procedures in clinical practice.In rhinoplasty,nasal columella grafts are often used to maintain the normal structure and function of the nose.At present,there are various types of nasal columella grafts,including autologous cartilage,allogeneic materials,allograft materials,artificial materials,and so on.However,different materials have their own advantages and disadvantages in terms of nasal plasticity.The selection of safe and stable nasal columella grafts is important to improve the overall appearance of the nose.This article provides a review of the significance of nasal miniaturization grafts,graft characteristics,and commonly used materials to provide a reference value for the selection of ideal nasal columella support graft.
