近五年中医药防治骨质疏松症的研究进展

Research progress of TCM prevention and treatment of osteoporosis in recent five years

骨质疏松症(OP)是以人体骨量进行性减退以及骨组织微结构破坏为主要表现的代谢性疾病,在人口老龄化问题严重的今天,OP越来越受到社会的关注。目前,西医对OP的治疗存在着如成本昂贵、周期较长、不良反应较大以及临床效果不满意等问题,因此寻找一种安全有效的治疗手段十分必要。中医药以疗效稳定,副作用少等特点在该领域有着巨大的优势。本文归纳总结了近5年来中国知网(CNKI)数据库中有关中医药治疗OP的相关文献,以期为临床实践以及进一步研究提供参考。

Osteoporosis is a metabolic disease mainly characterized by progressive loss of bone mass and microstructure destruction of bone tissue.Nowadays,with the serious problem of aging population,OP has been paid more and more attention by the society.At present,Western medicine has many problems in the treatment of OP,such as high cost,long cycle,large adverse reactions and unsatisfactory clinical effects.Therefore,it is necessary to find a safe and effective treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine has great advantages in this field because of its stable curative effect and few side effects.In this paper,the relevant literatures on OP treatment with traditional Chinese medicine in CNKI database in the past five years were summarized in order to provide references for clinical practice and further research.
