“一包就灵”?生产外包如何影响农业多维产出——来自福建龙岩烟叶种植户的证据

Once Outsourcing Works?How Does Tobacco Farmers'Outsourcing Choice Affect the Multi-dimensional Output of Tobacco:Evidence from Longyan Tobacco District,Fujian Province

农业产业组织模式不断创新演化为推动我国农业生产经营体系现代化提供了重要支撑。以身处产业组织模式变革中的烟叶行业为研究对象,基于福建省龙岩市6县317个烟农的种植与经营数据,利用内生转换模型分析烟农烟叶种植外包选择的影响因素,以及外包程度与烟叶产出之间的关系。结果显示:烟农选择烟叶的外包程度与烟叶产量、质量、成本三个维度呈现显著的倒U型关系,而非简单的线性关系。因此,提升烟叶产出需要考虑达到最高产出的临界点,因地制宜选择合适的外包程度与之匹配。这为农业生产外包程度的确定提供了有益参考。

The continuous innovation and evolution of agricultural industrial organization model has provided important support for promoting the modernization of China's agricultural production and management system.Based on the tobacco industry in the deep transformation of industrial organization model,through the planting and management data of 317 tobacco farmers in 6 counties of Longyan City,Fujian Province,this study uses endogenous transformation model to analyze the influencing factors of tobacco farmers'tobacco planting outsourcing choice and the relationship between outsourcing degree and tobacco output.The results showed that the outsourcing degree of tobacco farmers'choice of tobacco showed a significant inverted U-shaped relationship with the output of three dimensions of tobacco yield,quality and cost,rather than a simple linear relationship.Therefore,to improve the output of tobacco leaves,we need to consider the critical point of reaching the highest output,and choose the appropriate outsourcing degree to match it according to local conditions.
