摘要
特发性炎性肌病(idiopathic inflammatory myopathy,IIM)是自身免疫性炎症性疾病,主要有对称性四肢的近端肌无力、肌酶升高、皮疹等表现,并伴多系统器官受累,该病的病因及发病机制目前尚不清楚。中性粒细胞是免疫系统重要的组成部分,近10年诸多研究者参与对中性粒细胞的深入研究,发现它在固有免疫和适应性免疫中都能发挥重要作用。中性粒细胞可以通过释放蛋白酶、促炎细胞因子级联等方式促进自身免疫性疾病的发生,同时通过形成中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网(neutrophil extracellular trap,NET)调节免疫反应。该文就中性粒细胞在IIM发病机制中的作用进行综述,希望对IIM发病机制的研究有所帮助。
Idiopathic inflammatory myopathy(IIM)is an autoimmune inflammatory disease,mainly manifested by proximal muscle weakness of symmetrical limbs,muscle enzyme elevation,and rash,accompanied by multiple system organ involvement.The etiology and pathogenesis of IIM are still unclear.Neutrophil is an important component of the immune system.In the past 10 years,many researchers have participated in the in-depth study of neutrophils and revealed their important role in both innate and adaptive immunity.Neutrophils promote the occurrence of autoimmune diseases by releasing protease and pro-inflammatory cytokines cascade.They also regulate the immune response by forming neutrophil extracellular trap(NET).This review summarizes the role of neutrophils in the pathogenesis of idiopathic inflammatory myopathy,contributing to the understanding of IIM.
