摘要
就业问题与社会稳定和国民生活关系紧密,是实现社会发展的重要基础,一直备受关注。如今服务业吸纳就业能力已经得到共识,但其中消费性服务业就业贡献日渐下降,生产性服务业就业拉力逐渐上升。近年来,黑龙江省完全就业贡献度低于全国,知识密集型生产性服务业就业率占比逐渐降低,直接和完全就业贡献度均低于非生产性服务业。因此,必须通过完善生产性服务业政策支持体系、加强生产性服务业人才队伍建设、加强生产性服务业与制造业融合,以促进该产业对就业增长的拉动。
The issue of employment is closely related to social stability and people’s livelihood.It is an important basis for social development and has always attracted much attention.The employment capacity of service industry has been recognized,but the employment contribution of consumer service industry is declining,while the employment pull of producer service industry is gradually rising.In recent years,the contribution of full employment in Heilongjiang Province is lower than that of the whole country,and the proportion of employment in knowledge-intensive producer services is gradually decreasing,and the contribution of direct and full employment is lower than that of nonproducer services.By improving the policy support system for producer services,strengthening the construction of talent team in producer services,and strengthening the integration of producer services and manufacturing,we can promote the employment growth of this industry.
