摘要
完整的共生关系包含共生单元、共生模式、共生环境、共生界面四个基本要素。高校、企业、政府在作为职业教育校企合作主体的同时,也符合共生理论中共生系统的组成。借鉴共生理论可发现当前制约校企合作长远发展的关键因素,即“结构、资源、环境、理念”等方面的矛盾。基于此类问题,从“化解机构型矛盾、合理配置资源、优化共生环境、强化认知理念”方面提出应对策略,以深化职业教育校企合作,提升技术技能人才培养质量。
A complete symbiotic relationship includes four basic elements:symbiotic unit,symbiotic mode,symbiotic environment and symbiotic interface.Universities,enterprises and governments,as the main body of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education,also conform to the composition of symbiotic theory co-generation system.Learning from the symbiosis theory,we can find the current dilemma restricting the long-term development of school-enterprise cooperation,namely,the contradiction in the aspects of“structure,resources,environment and concept”.Based on such problems,countermeasures are proposed from the aspects of“resolving institutional contradictions,rationally allocating resources,optimizing symbiotic environment and strengthening cognitive concepts”,so as to deepen the cooperation between schools and enterprises in vocational education and improve the training quality of technical skills talents.
