以赛督学——以学科竞赛为契机的会计学创新培养方案

摘要 学科竞赛为学生提供了一个自主提升核心竞争力与专业素养的平台,是一种卓越的创新培养机制。因此,高校在实施创新培养方案的同时,应当结合学科特色与社会需求,有选择地在教学设计中融入学科竞赛元素,通过不断优化和调整教学管理体系、完善激励政策、搭建学科竞赛学习平台等方式,培养满足社会需求的应用型人才。本文以“以赛督学”理念为核心,以学科竞赛为契机,结合高校实际参赛情况,对会计学专业的创新培养方案进行可行性分析与研究。 Disciplinary competitions provide a platform for students to independently improve their core competitiveness and professionalism,and are an excellent innovation cultivation mechanism.Therefore,while implementing the innovative cultivation program,universities should combine the discipline characteristics and social needs,selectively integrate the elements of discipline competition into the teaching design,and cultivate the applied talents to meet the social needs by continuously optimizing and adjusting the teaching management system,improving the incentive policy and building the learning platform of discipline competition.This paper takes the concept of"supervising learning by competition"as the core,takes the discipline competition as the opportunity,and combines the actual participation situation of universities to analyze and study the feasibility of the innovative training program of accounting majors.
