摘要
高职院校学生心理健康问题已逐渐成为衡量大学生心理健康水平的重要指标。本文针对高职院校学生面临的主要心理健康问题,并对出现心理健康问题成因进行了客观分析和研究,提出解决高职院校学生心理健康问题的应对策略,通过在所带专业班级中探索和施行,取得了较好的效果。
The mental health issues of vocational college students have gradually become an important indicator to measure the level of mental health of college students.This article focuses on the main psychological health problems faced by vocational college students,and objectively analyzes and studies the causes of psychological health problems,Propose strategies to address the psychological health issues of vocational college students.Through exploration and implementation in the professional class,good results have been achieved.
