非氯低温融雪剂制备和性能研究

摘要 以甲酸钠与AA试剂为主要原料,三种玉米多元醇为添加剂,制备了甲酸钠型非氯融雪剂。采用单因素法,研究了多元醇对融雪剂冰点、融雪性能的影响,实验结果表明:当甲酸钠与AA试剂质量配比为1.9∶1时,添加了1%山梨醇的融雪剂的冰点为-25.1℃、融雪能力达到氯化钙融雪剂融雪能力90%以上。通过腐蚀实验,表明其对金属的腐蚀性小于添加了六偏磷酸钠后的同类融雪剂,是一种较为理想的非氯型低温融雪剂。 Sodium formate and AA reagent were used as the main raw materials,and three kinds of corn polyols were used as additives to prepare non chlorine snow melting agent.The effect of polyols on the freezing points and snow melting performance of snow melting agent was explored by single factor method.The experimental results showed that when the ratio of Sodium formate to AA reagent was 1.9∶1 and the amount of sorbitol additive was 1%,the freezing point of snow melting agent was-25.1℃sorbitol,and the snow melting ability reached more than 90%of the snow melting ability of calcium chloride agent.The corrosion test shows that its corrosivity to metal is less than that of the same snow melting agent added with Sodium hexametaphosphate,and it is an ideal non chlorine low temperature snow melting agent.
