油茶果壳乙酸乙酯部位化学成分的研究

摘要 目的:研究油茶(Camellia oleifera)果壳乙酸乙酯萃取物中的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶、凝胶色谱、反相色谱等多种色谱分离技术对油茶果壳的乙酸乙酯萃取物分离纯化,利用各种波谱分析技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从中分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为1-ethyoxy-2,4-dimethoxy-benzene(1)、ferulic acid(2)、isolariciresinol(3)、catechin(4)、luteolin-7-O-α-L-rhamnoside(5)。结论:化合物5首次从该植物中分离得到。 Objective:To study the chemical constituents of ethyl acetate extracts from the Camellia oleifera fruit shell.Methods:The ethyl acetate extracts of Camellia oleifera fruit shells were isolated and purified by Silica gel,gel chromatography and reverse phase chromatography separation technologies.The structure of the compounds were identified by various spectral analysis techniques.Results:Five compounds were isolated and identified as 1-ethyoxy-2,4-dimethoxy-benzene(1),ferulicacid(2),isolariciresinol(3),catechin(4),luteolin-7-O-α-L-rhamnoside(5).Conclusion:Compound 5 was obtained from Camellia oleifera for the first time.
