对苯二胺醌类新环境污染物研究进展

摘要 对苯二胺醌类(PPD-Qs)化合物由橡胶防老化剂对苯二胺类(PPDs)转化而来,是一种具有急剧毒性的物质,存在于受道路影响的地表径流、灰尘、土壤中。部分PPD-Qs能够抑制鱼类生长发育,并且具有细胞毒性及生物毒性,进而对人类健康造成极大的威胁。不同环境介质中PPD-Qs的含量和分布不同,这里主要综述了近两年内研究人员对PPD-Qs的研究进展,重点介绍了N-(1,3-二甲基丁基)-N-苯基对苯二胺醌、N-异丙基-N-苯基对苯二胺醌、N,N-二邻甲苯基对苯二胺醌、N-环己基-N-苯基对苯二胺醌、N,N-二苯基对苯二胺醌、N,N-(1,4-二甲基戊基)对苯二胺醌等6种典型PPD-Qs及其在不同环境基质中的分布。 p-phenylenediamine quinone(PPD-Qs)compounds are converted from rubber anti-aging agents p-phenylenediamines(PPDs),and are a rapidly toxic substance that exists in surface runoff,dust and soil affected by roads.Some PPD-Qs can inhibit the growth and development of fish,and have cytotoxicity and biotoxicity,which poses a great threat to human health.The content and distribution of PPD-Qs in different environmental media are different.This paper mainly reviews the research progress of PPD-Qs in recent two years.Six typical PPD-Qs,such as N-(1,3-dimethylbutyl)-N'-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine quinone,N-isopropyl-N'-phenyl-p-phenylenediamine quinone,4-(cyclohexylamino)diph enylamine quinone,4-phenylaminodiphenyla mine quinone,N,N-bis(1,4dimethylpentyl)-p-phenylenediamine quinone,N,N'-Bis(methylphenyl)-1,4-benzenediamine quinone,were introduced and illustrated its distribution in different environmental substrates.
