摘要
依据热风炉实际氮氧化物NO_(x)现状与国标排放要求,对热风炉燃烧系统进行合理改造,提出热风炉燃烧系统投用烟气再循环系统的方式,解决NO_(x)排放超指标问题,使热风炉排放气中氮氧化物NO_(x)值从改造前的40~50 mg/Nm^(3)降低至改造后的<37 mg/Nm^(3),效果明显。
According to the actual value and national standard emission requirements,the reasonable renovation of flue gas re-circulation system was implemented on hot blast stove combustion system so as to solve the problem of NO_(x)emissions exceeding the normal index.The NO_(x)in emission gas reduced from 40~50 mg/Nm^(3)before renovation to<37 mg/Nm^(3)after renovation.The effect is obvious.
