摘要 根据壳牌高选择性银催化剂S-888,S-889和S-892在工业400 kt/a当量环氧乙烷(EO)装置的使用情况,研究了原料乙烯中乙烷浓度、循环气中CO_(2)浓度、循环气中EO含量、一氯乙烷加入量对高选择性银催化剂性能的影响趋势。工业应用结果表明:整个运行周期选择性S-892>S-889>S-888,S-892运行选择性最高可达到91.4%;原料乙烯中的乙烷浓度对SHELL高选择性催化剂有显著影响;CO_(2)浓度的增加,会明显降低催化剂选择性,S-892选择性下降更加显著;随着循环气中EO的含量增加,选择性会呈下降趋势;三种催化剂使用中,一氯乙烷(EC)的加入量都由最佳I-因子决定,对于S-892开车初期,EC未进料之前反应不能进行。对于工业使用SHELL高选择性催化剂,需保证乙烯原料中乙烷含量的稳定;CO_(2)脱除系统和EO吸收系统的能力均需要达到使用要求;EC的调整需要满足最佳I-因子匹配的加入量,以保证催化剂选择性最优。 According to the application of Shell highly selective silver catalysts S-888,S-889 and S-892 in industrial 400 kt/a equivalent ethylene oxide(EO)plant,the influence trend of ethane concentration in raw ethylene,CO_(2)concentration in circulating gas,EO content in circulating gas and the addition amount of Chloroethane on the performance of highly selective silver catalysts was studied.The results of industrial application show that the selectivity of S-892>S-889>S-888 in the whole operation cycle,and the selectivity of S-892 can reach 91.4%.The concentration of ethane in raw ethylene has a significant effect on SHELL catalyst selectivity.With the increase of CO_(2)concentration,the selectivity of the catalyst decreased significantly,especially for S-892.With the increase of EO content in circulating gas,the selectivity will decrease.In all three catalysts,the amount of Chloroethane(EC)added is determined by the optimal I-factor,and for S-892 at the initial start-up stage,the reaction cannot be carried out before EC is fed.For industrial use of SHELL highly selective catalyst:to ensure the stability of ethane content in ethylene raw materials;The capacity of CO_(2)removal system and EO absorption system should meet the requirements of use.The adjustment of EC needs to meet the optimal I-factor matching amount of addition to ensure optimal catalyst selectivity.
