Analysis on Safety Management of Pipeline High Pressure Airtight Test in Petrochemical Project

石油化工项目是以高压管线和设备为主体的综合性油气处理装置项目,其中的管线高压气密试验是项目建造、预调试或者改造阶段的重要里程碑,安全管理就成为高压气密试验阶段最重要的管理阶段。本文以某一石化建造项目的管线高压气密试验建造施工中的安全管理为例,介绍了前期准备工作、气密试验中和气密试验后的安全管理措施,通过专业试验团队、详细的施工方案、现场的安全风险辨识、良好安全管理实践等方面的内容,落实一系列安全管理措施,确保高压气密试验顺利完成并通过验收。

Petrochemical project is a comprehensive oil and gas treatment equipment project with high pressure pipeline and equipment as the main body.The pipeline high pressure airtight test is an important milestone in the project construction,pre-commissioning or renovation stage,and safety management becomes the most important management stage in the high pressure airtight test stage.This paper takes the safety management of pipeline high-pressure airtight test construction of a petrochemical construction project as an example,introduces the preparatory work,the safety management measures after the airtight test and the safety management measures after the airtight test,and implements a series of safety management measures through professional test teams,detailed construction plans,on-site safety risk identification,good safety management practices and other aspects.Ensure that the high pressure airtight test is successfully completed and accepted.
