基于LCA理论的再生纺织品设计研究——以废弃塑料在纺织品中的应用为例

RESEARCH ON RECYCLABLE TEXTILE DESIGN BASED ON THE LCA METHODOLOGY-TAKING THE APPLICATION OF PLASTIC WASTE IN TEXTILES AS AN EXAMPLE

目的:从全生命周期视角探讨废弃塑料在再生纺织品设计中的创新方法.方法:首先分析废弃塑料在再生纺织品领域中的应用现状,然后基于LCA理论从原材料采集、生产制造、包装与运输、使用维护和服务、回收与循环利用等再生纺织品的产品生命阶段出发,结合案例对废弃塑料制成的再生纺织品设计要点展开具体分析,并总结再生纺织品的设计原则.结果:促进了废弃塑料纺织品的循环产业体系构建.结论:LCA理论可为设计师及相关企业优化废弃塑料在再生纺织品设计中的应用提供参考.
