明清家具的适老化设计研究——以榻为例

RESEARCH ON ELDERLY-FRIENDLY DESIGN OF THE FURNITURE DURING THE MING AND QING DYNASTIES-TAKING CHINESE COUCH AS AN EXAMPLE

明清时期是中国家具发展的高峰时期,此期间的榻设计展现出对老年人的深度关怀.本文从功能、材料、结构、装饰四个方面、剖析了明清榻的适老化设计特点及其对现代适老化家具设计的启示,即注重老年人身体条件和生活习惯,采用灵活的多功能设计,关注老年人的使用安全,传承优秀传统文化、展现人文关怀,注重家具的环保和可持续性.

The Ming and Qing dynasties have witnessed the peak of Chinese furniture's development.The designs of Chinese couch during the time showcase great care for the aged.The study analyzes elderly-friendly features of these designs and draws inspirations from them in four ways,namely function,material,structure and decoration.These inspirations include paying attention to physical conditions and living habits of the elderly,adopting flexible and multifunctional designs,laying emphasis on the security-conscious design for the group,passing on outstanding traditional cultures to show humanistic care,and taking into consideration environmental protection and sustainability of furniture.
