摘要
奥运吉祥物和奥运标志作为奥运会视觉识别系统的重要组成部分,受到社会各界的广泛关注.本文对十三届历届夏季奥运吉祥物设计进行梳理与研究,从视觉层面切入,分析其与奥运标志(含五环标志及各届会徽)的相关性,划分成三个发展阶段,并对每阶段的设计方法进行剖析.研究通过探讨奥运吉祥物与奥运标志的视觉相关性发展规律,推测标志的拟人化延展可能成为之后奥运吉祥物设计发展的新方向.
As the important parts of the visual identification system of the Olympic Games,the Olympic mascot and the Olympic logo have been widely concerned by all sectors of society.This paper examines the existing 13 Summer Olympic mascots,and analyzes their correlation with the Olympic logos(including the five rings symbol and the emblems of these sessions)from the visual aspect.It divides the design process into three stages,and specifically analyzes the design methods of each stage.By exploring the visual correlation between the Olympic mascots and the Olympic symbols,the study speculates that the anthropomorphic form of the Olympic emblem may become a new direction for the Olympic mascot design.
