大连"智慧+公园城市"空间场景建构研究

RESEARCH ON THE CONSTRUCTION OF URBAN SCENE OF"SMART+PARK CITY"IN DALIAN

辽宁省大连市作为国内旅游及生态宜居城市的代表之一,正积极探索将"智慧城市"与"公园城市"相结合的发展模式.本文通过对"智慧城市"和"公园城市"理念的梳理和总结,探讨"智慧+公园城市"的内涵,提出包含综合智能技术和设计智慧建构两个维度的"智慧+公园城市"空间场景系统框架.在此基础上,研究结合大连的实际情况与需求,提出有针对性的策略:优化城市空间形态,突出大连城市形象特质,推动"智慧+生态"产业化,以及打造城市空间智慧化场景.研究希望为大连创建"智慧+公园城市"提供策略参考.

As one of the typical tourism and eco-friendly cities in China,Dalian City of Liaoning Province,is actively exploring the way of combining"smart city"and"park city".This paper first summarizes the concepts of"smart city"and"park city",discusses the connotation of"Smart+Park City",and proposes a system framework for the urban space of the"Smart+Park City"that includes comprehensive intelligent technology and intelligent construction design.Taking into account Dalian's actual situation and needs,the study proposes strategies for the urban scene construction of the city,including optimizing the urban spatial form,highlighting the characteristics of Dalian's urban image,promoting the smart eco-industry,and creating intelligent scenarios in the urban space.The study hopes to provide strategic reference for Dalian to create a"Smart+Park City".
