南征国医大师基于“玄府-毒邪-肾络”理论治疗消渴肾病临证经验

南征教授将糖尿病肾脏疾病归纳为中医的“消渴肾病”,是糖尿病的慢性并发症之一。南征教授总结消渴肾病的长期诊疗经验,结合中医理论,提出“玄府-毒邪-肾络”理论。认为其基本病机在于“玄府郁闭-浊毒内生-肾络损伤”,制定了开玄解毒,通络益肾法,治疗上自拟消渴肾安汤加减,结合外用灌肠,增强解毒祛瘀、泄浊导邪之功,疗效确切。文章将其多年临证经验梳理总结并佐以验案说明,为临床治疗本病提供新的诊疗思路。

Professor Nan Zheng summarized diabetes kidney disease as"diabetes nephropathy"in Chinese medicine,which is one of the chronic complications of diabetes.Professor Nan Zheng summarized his long-term experience in the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic nephropathy,combined with traditional Chinese medicine theory,and proposed the theory of"Xuanfu Poison Pathogenic Kidney Collateral".It is believed that its basic pathogenesis lies in the"Xuanfu stagnation-turbid toxin endogenous-kidney collateral damage".The method of opening Xuanfu to detoxify,unblocking collaterals and tonifying kidneys has been formulated.In terms of treatment,the self formulated Xiaoke Shen'an Tang has been modified,combined with external enema,to enhance the functions of detoxification,blood stasis,and turbidity discharge,with a definite therapeutic effect.This article sum-marizes his years of clinical experience and provides a new diagnosis and treatment approach for this disease with case studies.
