通过对衡水市中心城区城市规划所面临的主要问题的系统归纳和深入梳理,在国土空间总体规划编制过程中针对性地提出了改进措施。同时,将这些问题作为指导方向,引导衡水市未来各类开发、保护和建设等活动的有序开展。避免国土空间总体规划只关注远大目标而忽视解决实际问题,确保国土空间总体规划更贴近衡水市的实际情况,更具可操作性。

By systematically summarizing and thoroughly analyzing the key issues faced by the central urban area of Hengshui city in its urban planning,targeted improvement measures have been proposed when formulating the territorial spatial master planning.Simultaneously,these issues are taken as directions guiding the orderly development,protection and construction of Hengshui City in the future.The overall territorial spatial planning should avoid only focusing on lofty goals and neglecting to solve practical problems,so as to ensure that it is closer to the actual situation of Hengshui City and more operable.
