高职学前师范生专业认同感影响因素研究

摘要 高职学前师范生专业认同感是影响学前教育专业人才培养质量,乃至幼教师资队伍质量的重要因素。学前专业的社会认可度与学校的专业培养条件,以及学生自身的专业归属感、学业投入度和学业自我效能感等直接影响高职学前师范生的专业认同感。因此,在学前师范专业人才培养过程中,应通过全面提高专业地位、优化专业培养条件、培养学生专业归属感、完善人才培养模式等多种途径来提升高职学前师范生的专业认同感。 Professional self-identity of pre-school normal students in higher vocational colleges is an important factor that affects the quality of talents training in pre-school education major,and even that of preschool teachers.The social recognition of preschool majors,the professional training conditions of the colleges,and the students’own sense of professional belonging,academic engagement,and academic self-efficacy directly affect their s professional self-identity.Therefore,in the process of pre-school normal students’cultivation,it is necessary to improve the major’s status,optimize its training conditions,nurture students’sense of belonging in the major,and improve the talent training mode so as to improve their professional self-identity.
