糖醋酒液配方筛选及不同条件下糖醋酒液对苹小卷叶蛾的诱捕效果

摘要 为了探明糖醋酒液对苹小卷叶蛾的诱捕效果,先选用4种糖醋酒液配方进行最佳配方筛选,然后采用最佳配方在5种不同高度及不同天气条件下对苹小卷叶蛾进行诱捕试验。结果表明:当糖醋酒液配方为绵白糖(g)∶冰醋酸(mL)∶无水乙醇(mL)∶水(mL)=6∶1∶3∶80时诱虫量最大,达到了(13.67±2.24)头;当诱捕器悬挂在距离地面1.5 m时的诱虫量最大,可达(13.67±1.08)头;在晴天以及阴转晴天条件下,诱捕效果可以达到最佳状态,平均每天的诱虫量分别为(13.65±2.36)头和(13.42±2.45)头。 In order to investigate the trapping effect of sugar and vinegar liquor on Adoxophyes orana,four different formulas of sugar and vinegar liquor were selected to screen the optimal formula.The best formula was used to trap Adoxophyes orana under five different heights and weather conditions.The results showed that when the formula of sugar and vinegar liquor was cotton white sugar(g)∶glacial acetic acid(mL)∶anhydrous ethanol(mL)∶water(mL)=6∶1∶1∶3∶80,the maximum number of insect traps reached(13.67±2.24).The hanging height of the trap can also affect the trapping effect of Adoxophyes orana.When the trap is hung at a distance of 1.5 m from the ground,the maximum trapping amount can reach 13.67±1.08 heads.Weather conditions are also an important factor affecting the trapping effect of sugar vinegar liquor.Under sunny and cloudy to sunny conditions,the trapping effect can reach its optimal state,with an average daily trapping amount of(13.65±2.36)and(13.42±2.45),respectively.
