不同敏感培养基对鼠疫菌生长作用的效果评价

Effects of Different Sensitive Medium on the Growth of Yersinia Pestis

在赫氏培养基中分别加入4种血液添加剂,按照常规法制成不同的敏感培养基,通过活菌计数方法观察不同血制品添加剂培养基对鼠疫菌生长的作用。对几种敏感培养基的鼠疫菌进行活菌计数,通过统计学秩和检验(F=53.681,P=0.000,P<0.05)发现,由脱纤维绵羊血液和喜马拉雅旱獭血液制成的两种敏感培养基的鼠疫菌生长良好,其生长情况优于脱纤维兔溶血培养基、布氏菌专用血培养基和赫氏普通培养基的鼠疫菌。由脱纤维绵羊血液、喜马拉雅旱獭血液制成的两种敏感培养基是鼠疫菌生长较为理想的培养基。

To observe the effects of 4 kinds of sensitive medium on the growth of Yersinia pestis,and to screen out the ideal medium for the growth and isolation of Yersinia pestis.Different animal defibrillated blood and commercial blood were added into Hechtenberg medium respectively,and different kinds of sensitive medium were prepared according to the conventional and statistical method.The effects of several additives on the growth of Yersinia pestis were observed by the method of counting viable bacteria.The viable count of Y.pestis was performed based on four sensitive media,and statistical rank sum test was performed(F=53.681,P=0.000,P<0.05)It was found that the sensitive medium made of defibrillated sheep blood and Himalayan marmot blood had good growth on yersinia pestis,and its growth was better than that of defibrillated rabbit hemolysis medium,brucella blood medium and Herr’s ordinary medium.It is concluded that the sensitive medium made from defibrillated sheep blood and Himalayan marmot blood is an ideal medium for the growth of yersinia pestis.
