在饲粮中添加发酵酒糟对育肥羊生长性能的影响

摘要 本研究探究在饲粮中添加发酵酒糟对育肥羊生长性能的影响。将120头年龄、体重和性别一致的小尾寒羊随机平均分为4组,每组设置3个重复,每个重复10只羊。对照组羊群饲喂基础饲料,试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ的饲料中分别添加5%、10%和15%含量的发酵酒糟。预实验和正式实验期分别为1周和8周。结果发现,与对照组相比,试验组Ⅱ和Ⅲ育肥羊日均采食量和日均增重显著提高,其中试验组Ⅱ料重比最低;试验期间3个试验组肉羊发生腹泻、发热和呼吸困难等症状次数有所降低,其中试验组Ⅱ以上3个指标发生次数均显著下降,且用药成本最低;3个试验组育肥羊屠宰前活重、胴体重、净肉重和眼肌面积均有所提高,其中试验组Ⅱ以上4个指标均显著提高。研究表明,在饲料中添加一定比例发酵酒糟有利于提高育肥羊的生长性能,添加比例以10%最为适宜。 This study aims to explore the effect of dietary fermented lees on the growth of fattening sheep.A total of 120 small-tailed Han sheep with the same age,weight and sex were randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 replicates per group and 10 sheep per replicate.Sheep in the control group were fed the basic diet,and the diets of experimental groups I,II and III were supplemented with 5%,10%and 15%fermented lees,respectively.The pre-experiment and formal experiment lasted for 1 week and 8 weeks,respectively.The results showed that compared with the control group,the daily feed intake and daily gain of fattening sheep in experimental group II and III were significantly increased,and the feed to gain ratio in experimental group II was the lowest.The frequency of symptoms such as diarrhea,fever and dyspnea decreased in the 3 experimental groups during the experiment,and the frequency of the above 3 indicators in the experimental group II decreased significantly,and the drug cost was the lowest.Before slaughter,live weight,carcass weight,net meat weight and eye muscle area of fattened sheep in 3 experimental groups were increased,and the above 4 indexes of II in experimental group were significantly increased.The above studies showed that adding a certain proportion of fermented wine grains in the feed was beneficial to improve the growth performance of fattening sheep,and the optimal proportion was 10%.
