摘要
PCB丝印时,需要针对图形精细程度,选择合适的墨滴大小,以确保图案清晰,原有的人工区分图形的方式无法实现自动识别并分离图形,极大依赖操作经验,影响生产效率。该系统基于轮廓提取和图形腐蚀算法提出一种方法,实现块状图形与线状图形分离,并将两类图形分别生成在两张图像上,控制喷嘴使用合适的墨滴打印,从而实现线块图形分离打印。
When PCB screen printing,it is necessary to choose the appropriate ink drop size for the fineness of the pattern to ensure that the pattern is clear,and the original manual way of distinguishing the pattern cannot be automatically identified and separated by the pattern,which greatly depends on the operation experience and affects the production efficiency.Based on the contour extraction and pattern corrosion algorithm,this system proposes a method to realize the separation of block pattern and linear pattern,and generate the two types of graphics on two images respectively,and control the nozzle to use suitable ink droplets to print,so as to realize the separation and printing of line block patterns.
