基于大数据的智慧迎新系统应用研究

迎新工作是一个学校管理能力和服务水平的体现。随着高等教育规模的扩大,各大高校招生人数不断增加,新生报到压力剧增。为解决传统迎新过程中存在的流程繁琐、资源浪费等问题,提出了基于大数据的智慧迎新系统,将信息技术与迎新管理工作深度融合,无缝连接财务、教务、后勤等系统,实现各系统间数据互通共享。基于历年迎新数据进行大数据分析和预测,为管理层提供决策支持;系统提供线上线下两种报到方式,实现“一站式”办理,优化新生入学报到手续;一键报到功能自动进行宿舍、班级、学习导师和辅导员分配,自动生成学号、课表、教材清单、交费凭证等报到信息;迎新数据多维度实时展示,让师生和家长直观了解报到情况。智慧迎新系统可以有效提升迎新效率,打造科学规范的迎新服务,实现迎新管理工作的系统化、规范化和自动化。

Orientation work is a reflection of a school’s management capacity and level of service.With the expansion of the scale of higher education,the number of students enrolled in major universities is increasing,and the pressure of new students has increased dramatically.To solve the problems of cumbersome process and waste of resources in the traditional orientation process,we propose a smart orientation system based on big data,which deeply integrates information technology with orientation management,seamlessly connects financial,academic and logistics systems,and realizes data sharing among systems.The system provides both online and offline check‑in methods,realizes“one‑stop”processing,and optimizes new student check‑in procedures;the one‑click check‑in function automatically assigns dormitories,classes,study instructors,and advisors,and automatically generates student numbers,class schedules,textbooks,payment vouchers,etc.The one‑click check‑in function automatically assigns dormitories,classes,study instructors and counsellors,and automatically generates check‑in information such as student numbers,class schedules,textbook lists and payment vouchers.The intelligent orientation system can effectively improve the efficiency of orientation,create a scientific and standardized orientation service,and realize the systematization,standardization and automation of orientation management.
