乡村振兴战略下民族地区村落发展路径研究——以云南省祥云县东山彝族乡朝阳村为个案

乡村振兴战略是新时代“三农”工作的总抓手。民族地区村落实施乡村振兴,不仅有助于推动民族地区经济高质量发展,而且为其他民族地区乡村振兴提供借鉴。东山彝族乡(简称东山乡)是祥云县唯一的民族乡,干海朝阳自然村(简称朝阳村)是祥云县乡村振兴取得成效的典型村落之一,是东山乡唯一具有古梅资源的村落,古梅吸引众多游客前来观赏,其世居民族为彝族,民族文化资源丰富。该文通过对其在乡村振兴发展过程存在的现实困境剖析,以期探索出一条民族地区村落乡村振兴的发展路径,从而为推动中国式现代化进程添砖加瓦,进而加快实现共同富裕的最终目标。

The strategy of rural revitalization is the general grasp of the work of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"in the new era.The implementation of rural revitalization in ethnic minority areas not only helps to promote high-quality economic development in ethnic minority areas,but also provides reference for rural revitalization in other ethnic areas.Dongshan Yi Township(referred to as Dongshan Township)is the only ethnic township in Xiangyun County.Qianhai Chaoyang Natural Village(Chaoyang Village for short)is one of the typical villages with achievements in rural revitalization in Xiangyun County,and it is the only village with ancient plum resources in Dongshan Township.Ancient plum attracts many tourists to come to watch.Its native nationality is the Yi nationality and is rich in national cultural resources.Through the analysis of the realistic difficulties existing in the process of rural revitalization and development,this paper aims to explore a development path of rural revitalization in ethnic minority areas,so as to contribute to the process of Chinese-style modernization.And then accelerate the realization of the ultimate goal of common prosperity.
