乡村公共文化服务助推乡村振兴的价值逻辑及路径选择

实施乡村振兴战略对于实现中华民族伟大复兴具有重要意义。而文化建设是乡村振兴的重要内容,发挥着激发内部动力和吸纳外部资源的重要作用。乡村公共文化服务是乡村文化建设的重要抓手,对乡村振兴具有重要的价值意义。该文从公共文化服务的基本特征分析其在乡村振兴中彰显的制度优势及其在乡风文明中的平台作用和治理作用所供给的精神动力,以此来探讨乡村公共文化服务建设助力乡村振兴的价值逻辑,并从完善乡村公共文化服务保障机制、建立乡村公共文化服务内生机制、鼓励乡村文化产业统筹持续发展等方面提出路径选择,为乡村振兴注入文化动能。

The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is of great significance to the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Cultural construction is an important part of rural revitalization,which plays an important role in stimulating internal motivation and absorbing external resources.Rural public cultural services are an important starting point for the construction of rural culture and have important value and significance for rural revitalization.This paper analyzes the institutional advantages of public cultural services in rural revitalization from the basic characteristics of their basic characteristics,and the spiritual power provided by the platform role and governance role in the rural civilization,to explore the value logic of rural public cultural service construction to help rural revitalization,and put forward the path selection from four aspects:improving the rural public cultural service guarantee mechanism,establishing the endogenous mechanism of rural public cultural service,and encouraging the overall and sustainable development of rural cultural industry,so as to inject cultural momentum into rural revitalization.
