体验视角下高校酒店管理专业课程思政教学改革研究

Research on Ideological and Political Education Reform of Hotel Management Courses in Universities from Experiential Perspective

高校对学生的培养,不仅在于知识的传播更重要的是立德树人。实现立德树人的教育目标,需要教师在知识传播过程中引导学生树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观,推动专业知识与思想政治教育相结合,进行课程思政教学改革,从而达到高校育人育才协同发展的目的。当下,如何提取有效的思政元素与课程内容相结合,如何判断学生对课程思政的知识内容是否能够有效吸收,如何建立有效的课程教学改革评价体系,是目前高校酒店管理专业课程思政教学的主要任务。通过确立课程思政教育目标、深挖课程思政元素、寻找思政载体,设计酒店管理专业课程思政教学模式,建立健全考核机制与评价标准,从而建立高校酒店管理专业课程思政教学改革的路径。

The cultivation of students in universities not only lies in the dissemination of knowledge,but also in cultivating morality and cultivating talents.To achieve the educational goal of cultivating mo-rality and cultivating talents,teachers need to guide students to establish correct outlooks on life,val-ues,and the world in the process of knowledge dissemination,promote the combination of professional knowledge and ideological and political education,carry out curriculum ideological and political educa-tion reform,and achieve the goal of coordinated development of university education and talent cultiva-tion.At present,how to extract effective ideological and political elements and combine them with course content,how to judge whether students can effectively absorb the knowledge content of ideologi-cal and political courses,and how to establish an effective evaluation system for course teaching reform are the main tasks of ideological and political teaching in hotel management majors in universities.By establishing the goals of ideological and political education in the curriculum,delving into the ideologi-cal and political elements of the curriculum,searching for ideological and political carriers,designing an ideological and political teaching model for hotel management courses,establishing and improving assessment mechanisms and evaluation standards,and thus establishing a path for the reform of ideo-logical and political education in hotel management courses in universities.
