学习动机视角下脱贫地区农村义务教育教学质量提升策略

The Strategy of Improving the Teaching Quality of Compulsory Education in Rural Areas of Poverty Alleviation from the Perspective of Learning Motivation

摘要 提高脱贫地区义务教育教学质量是实现和巩固教育脱贫成果的重要途径。脱贫地区农村义务教育阶段学生成绩不理想,这不利于教育脱贫成果的巩固和提高。而城乡教育质量差距存在的一个重要原因是脱贫地区农村学生学习动机不足。当前一些脱贫地区的义务教育阶段在巩固教育脱贫成果方面,主要存在以下问题:注重控辍保学,不注重学习动机的激发;重视升学率,对后进生期望水平低,学生失去学习内在动力;对劝返的学生,缺乏有针对性的教育措施,激发不了学生的学习动机。为此,提出以下对策建议:一是回归义务教育本质,树立正确的教育观,培养学生的远大目标;二是对劝返回校学生和隐性辍学学生,要有针对性的教育措施,增强学生学习自我效能感;三是探索增值性评价,提高学生的学习动机。 Improving the teaching quality of compulsory education in poverty alleviation areas is an im-portant way to achieve and consolidate the achievements of education poverty alleviation.The results of students in rural compulsory education stage in poverty alleviation areas are not ideal,which is not con-ducive to the consolidation and improvement of education poverty alleviation.And an important reason for the gap in the quality of urban and rural education is the lack of learning motivation of rural students in poverty alleviation areas.At present,some compulsory education stages in poverty alleviation areas in the consolidation of education poverty alleviation achievements,there are mainly the following prob-lems:first,pay attention to dropout prevention and education,do not pay attention to the stimulation of learning motivation;pay attention to the enrollment rate,the expectation level of the underachievers is low,students lose the internal motivation of learning;for the students to persuade return,the lack of targeted educational measures,can not stimulate the students'learning motivation.Therefore,the fol-lowing countermeasures are proposed:first,return to the essence of compulsory education,set up the correct educational concept,cultivate the students'lofty goal;second,for the students to persuade re-turn and hidden dropout students,there should be targeted educational measures,enhance the stu-dents'learning self-efficacy;third,explore the value-added evaluation,improve the students'learning motivation.
