协同论视域下红色文化融入高校思政教育的路径探索

Exploring the Path of Red Culture Integrating into Ideological and Political Education in the Universities from the Perspective of Synergy Theory

我国红色文化资源在高校思政教育活动中具有特殊的思想价值和教育价值。为深入探究红色文化与高校思政教育之间的内在联系,基于协同论构建了以红色文化和思政教育为变量的演化方程,并分析变量与系统、内外部参量之间的关系。以五所院校的师生为研究对象进行网络问卷调查和实证研究,采集红色文化融入思政教育的数据并进行访谈,分析出当前红色文化融入高校存在内容嵌入不足、创新方式缺乏、教师纽带作用不充分及保障措施不完备等问题。从深入挖掘红色文化的内容价值、多维度创新红色文化融入方式、强化高校教师队伍建设和创新能力、及构建完善的红色文化融入保障体系等不同角度,系统地提出了解决路径。

Chinese red cultural resources have special ideological and educational values in ideological and political education in colleges.In order to deeply explore the internal relationship between red culture and ideological and political education in colleges,an evolution equation with red culture and ideological and political education as variables is constructed based on the synergy theory,and the relationship between variables and system,internal and external parameters is analyzed.Taking teachers and students of five colleges as research objects,online questionnaire survey and empirical research were carried out,and the current data of the integration of red culture into ideological and political education were collected and interviewed.We analyzed the current problems such as insufficient content embedding,lack of innovation ways,inadequate role of teachers and incomplete safeguard measures.In view of the existing problems,the solution is systematically put forward from different perspectives,such as deeply exploring the content value of red culture,multi-dimensional innovation of red culture integration methods,strengthening the construction and innovation ability of teachers,and building a perfect security system for the integration of red culture.
