摘要
为研究先进树脂基复合材料在商用航空发动机中的应用情况和发展趋势,分析国外航空发动机中先进树脂基复合材料的应用进展,重点介绍风扇段和短舱上复合材料的应用部件、材料体系及成型工艺。结果表明,应用先进树脂基复合材料制造航空发动机部件,可显著减轻发动机重量、提高推重比、降低燃油损耗、减少噪声,带来突出的性能优势和经济效益。说明通过开展材料体系研发、结构优化设计及低成本、自动化成型技术研究,提高复合材料应用水平,是商用航空发动机中先进复合材料的发展趋势。
In order to study the application and development trend of advanced resin matrix composites in commercial aero-engines,the application progress of advanced resin matrix composites in foreign aero-engines is analyzed.The application components,material system and molding process of composite materials on fan section and nacelle are introduced emphatically.The results show that the application of advanced resin matrix composites to manufacture aero-engine components can significantly reduce engine weight,increase thrust-to-weight ratio,reduce fuel consumption,reduce noise,and bring outstanding performance advantages and economic benefits.It shows that improving the application level of composite materials through the research and development of material system,structural optimization design and low-cost and automatic molding technology is the development trend of advanced composite materials in commercial aero-engines.
