摘要
随着中国制造2025的提出,自动化技术在工业领域的分量越来越重。其中,可编程序控制器(Programmable Controller,PLC)作为自动化控制系统的核心部件,正发挥着至关重要的作用。但在一些工业应用场景中,PLC及其周边设备的工作环境相对复杂,故障率较高,从而影响工厂的正常生产。因此,对PLC控制系统开展故障分析具有重要的现实意义。文章分析了PLC控制系统中常见的故障多发点,一定程度上缩小了故障的排查范围;总结了PLC各类故障产生的原因,并针对不同故障类型给出了排查故障的基本方法;将故障检查与处理的过程流程化,从而提高了检查效率。
With the proposal of Made in China 2025,automation technology is becoming increasingly important in the industrial field.Among them,Programmable Logic Controller(PLC)as the core component of automation control systems is playing a crucial role.In some application scenarios,the working environment of PLC or its system is relatively complex and harsh.Once PLC or peripheral equipment malfunctions,it will inevitably affect the normal production of the factory.Therefore,fault analysis on PLC systems has important practical significance.Firstly,listing common fault prone points in PLC systems will partly narrow the scope of troubleshooting.Secondly,the causes of internal and external faults are analyzed,and the methods for finding faults are summarized.Finally,process troubleshooting can improve efficiency.
