固定视频在普通国省道日常养护巡查中的应用

Application of fixed position video in daily maintenance and inspection of ordinary national and provincial roads

摘要 固定视频在国省道公路中发挥着重要的作用,为进一步将固定视频引入道路日常养护巡查,文章提出了基于固定视频的日常养护辅助巡查方法和养护事件重合度计算方法,并以某路段为例进行了方法应用,通过同时空的车辆巡查和视频巡查,计算了养护事件重合度。结果表明,该路段在坑槽养护事件视频覆盖率40%条件下,养护事件重合度为14.7%,说明了采用固定视频辅助日常养护巡查的有效性,可以通过提高本路段监控设施数量或监控设施分辨率来提高养护事件重合度。 Fixed videos play an important role in national and provincial highways.In order to further introduce fixed videos into daily road maintenance inspections,this article proposes a daily maintenance auxiliary inspection method and a maintenance event overlap calculation method based on fixed videos.The method is applied to a certain road section as an example,and the maintenance event overlap is calculated through vehicle and video inspections in the same time and space.The results showed that under the condition of 40%coverage of pit and groove maintenance event videos,the overlap rate of maintenance events was 14.7%,indicating the effectiveness of using fixed videos to assist daily maintenance inspections.The overlap rate of maintenance events can be improved by increasing the number or resolution of monitoring facilities in this section.
