一种TSN交换机的时钟同步系统设计

摘要 时间敏感网络以其确定性、低抖动、高可靠等特征,保障了网络传输的实时性需求,是目前国际产业界正在积极推动的全新工业通信技术。基于研究时间敏感网络技术解决方案的目的,采用硬件时间戳、LinuxPTP软件包和设置AS开关的方法,提出一种时间敏感交换机的时钟同步实现机制,同时,结合验证同步精度和标准符合度的实验,检验了该机制的准确性。结果表明,单跳同步精度在30 ns以内,同步过程符合协议要求。对时间敏感网络在工业互联网、汽车电子、远程医疗等行业的应用有一定的参考价值。 Time sensitive network ensures the real⁃time demand of network transmission with its char⁃acteristics of certainty,low jitter and high reliability.It is a new industrial communication technology actively promoted by the international industry at present.Based on the purpose of studying the solution of time sensitive network technology,a clock synchronization mechanism of time sensitive switch is proposed by using the method of hardware time stamp,LinuxPTP software package and setting AS switch.Meanwhile,the demonstration test of synchronization precision and standard compliance is designed to verify the accuracy of this mechanism.The results show that the synchronization accuracy of single hop is within 30 ns,and the synchronization process meets the protocol requirements.It has certain reference value for the application of time sensitive network in industrial Internet,automotive electronics,telemedicine and other industries.
