海上原油中转储销模式研究

Research on the Transit Storage and Sales Mode of Offshore Crude Oil

随着国内海上油气田的勘探开发,原油产量增长对目前常规海上原油储销体系产生巨大压力,并且部分海上平台或者边际油田位置较为偏远,传统的铺设输油管道和建设陆地终端或FPSO进行原油储销成本较高,影响油气田的开发利用。文章通过对目前国内海洋原油常规储销模式进行研究,分析其在新形势变化下面临的问题和不足,以QHD原油中转外输为实际案例,对海上原油中转储销模式进行探讨。

With the exploration and development of domestic offshore oil and gas f ields,the increase of crude oil production has exerted great pressure on the current conventional offshore crude oil storage and marketing system.In addition,some offshore platforms or marginal oil f ields are located in remote locations,and the traditional laying oil pipelines and building land terminals or FPSO for crude oil storage and marketing is relatively high,which affects the development and utilization of oil and gas f ields.This paper studies the conventional storage and marketing mode of domestic offshore crude oil,analyzes its problems and shortcomings under the new situation,and discusses the dumping and marketing mode of offshore crude oil by taking QHD crude oil transfer as a practical case.
