用ICP法测定湿法锌冶炼流程样品中金属元素的含量

摘要 采用ICP6000系列电感耦合等离子发射光谱仪,同时测定冶炼厂流程液体样品中的铅、锌、铜、铬、铁等十多种金属元素,线性相关系数绝大多数大于0.9995;相对标准偏差在0.12%~1.15%。该方法准确度、精密度和灵敏度均能较好满足相关标准要求,具有多元素可以同时测定分析,样品前处理简单,干扰少,测定快速准确、省时省力等优点。 The ICAP6000 series inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer was used to simultaneously determine more than ten kinds of elements,such as lead,zinc,copper,chromium and iron in liquid samples,the linear correlation coeff icients were mostly greater than 0.9995,and the relative standard deviation ranged from 0.12%to 1.15%.The accuracy,precision and sensitivity of the method can meet the requirements of related standards.The method can be used for simultaneous determination of multiple elements,the method has the advantages of rapid,accurate and labor-saving.
