煤制乙二醇DMO装置生产节能减排方案优化

摘要 DMO装置作为煤制乙二醇生产过程中的核心设备,其能源消耗一直处于较高水平。为了实现节能减排的目标,需要结合实际情况进一步探寻针对DMO装置的节能措施,包括余热的合理回收利用、设备选型的优化等手段。通过这些措施,不仅可以拓展生产规模,还能有效降低能耗,从而实现节能降耗的目标。文章首先概述了煤制乙二醇的基本知识,其次深入探讨了其生产节能原则,最后针对DMO装置提出了具体的节能减排措施。 The DMO device,as the core equipment in the production process of coal-to-ethylene glycol,has a consistently high level of energy consumption.In order to achieve the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction,it is necessary to further explore energy-saving measures for the DMO device based on actual conditions.This includes reasonable recovery and utilization of waste heat,optimization of equipment selection and other means.Through these measures,not only can expand production scale,but also effectively reduce energy consumption,thus achieving the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction.The paper first summarizes the basic knowledge of coal-to-ethylene glycol,then deeply explores its production energy saving principles,and finally proposes specific energy-saving and emission reduction measures for the DMO device.
