纺织印染行业大气污染物分析与治理

Analysis and Treatment of Air Pollutants in Textile Printing and Dyeing Profession

随着中国纺织印染工业的快速发展,印染、纺织等工业的生产过程中,所排放的大气污染物也逐年增加,对环境的影响已日益引起人们的高度关注。印染行业排放的污染物主要有:有机废气(包括有机溶剂、染料、助剂副产物等)、含尘气体(包括纺织加工过程中产生的粉尘)、含氨气体(包括氨气和氨水)等。文章以某纺织印染厂为例,从纺织印染工业大气污染物排放现状入手,分析了大气污染物的种类和排放特征,介绍了国内外治理大气污染物的先进技术,并从污染物治理层面提出了建议。

With the rapid development of China’s textile printing and dyeing industry,the air pollutants emitted in the production process of printing and dyeing,textile and other industries have also increased year by year,and the impact on the environment has attracted increasing attention.The pollutants discharged by the printing and dyeing industry mainly include:organic waste gas(including organic solvents,dyes,auxiliary by-products,etc.),dusty gas(including dust generated during textile processing),ammonia-containing gas(including ammonia gas and ammonia water),etc.Taking a textile printing and dyeing factory as an example,this paper analyzes the types and emission characteristics of air pollutants from textile printing and dyeing industry,introduces the advanced technologies for controlling air pollutants at home and abroad,and puts forward some suggestions from the pollution control level.
