对某石化装置加热炉排烟温度异常的分析

摘要 管式加热炉是石化装置中能量消耗的大户,同时也是装置的重要设备。其运行状态的稳定与否不仅影响装置的连续、安稳、长周期运行,同时直接关系到装置的能耗,因此加热炉的管理是设备管理工作的重中之重。某石化装置加热炉开工后实际排烟温度远高于设计值,排烟温度升高,排烟损失增大,导致加热炉热效率降低,能耗升高。文章着重对排烟温度高的问题进行了多方面分析和研究,通过分析找到问题根源,并采取有效措施予以解决。 The tubular heating furnace is a major energy consumer in the device and also an important equipment in petrochemical device.The stability of its operating state not only affects the continuous,safe,and long-term operation of the device,but also directly affects the energy consumption of the device.Therefore,the management of the heating furnace is the top priority of equipment management work.After the heating furnace of a petrochemical plant starts operation,the actual exhaust gas temperature is much higher than the design value.As the exhaust gas temperature increases,the exhaust gas loss increases,leading to a decrease in the thermal eff iciency of the heating furnace and an increase in energy consumption.The article focuses on analyzing and researching the problem of high exhaust temperature from multiple aspects.Identify the root cause of the problem through analysis and take effective measures to solve it.
