全自动耳石复位仪复位联合甲磺酸倍他司汀治疗对耳石症患者复位后残余头晕的影响

Effect of autom atic otoliths reduction instrument combined with betahistine mesylate treatment on residual dizziness in otoliths patients after reduction

目的:探索全自动耳石复位仪复位联合甲磺酸倍他司汀治疗对耳石症患者复位后残余头晕的影响。方法:2021年11月至2022年12月期间我院收治的108名耳石症的患者,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组(54例)仅使用全自动耳石复位仪复位治疗,观察组(54例)使用使全自动耳石复位仪复位联合甲磺酸倍他司汀片口服治疗。评估对比两组患者有效率、残余头晕症状(DHI)和满意度。结果:观察组总有效率为96.30%,对照组为87.04%,两组无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组DHI评分(37.68±8.64)改善较对照(49.40±7.51)组降低更显著(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组满意度(100.00%)显著高于对照组(54.56%),(P<0.05)。结论:全自动耳石复位仪复位后联合甲磺酸倍他司汀片组残余头晕DHI评分较低,可减轻改善残余头晕带来的不良影响,恢复预后更佳,患者满意度高。

Objective:To explore the effect of automatic otoliths reset instrument combined with betahistine mesylate on residual dizziness after otoliths reduction.Methods:108 patients with otoliths admitted to our hospital from November 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group(54 cases)was treated with automatic otolith resetting instrument only,and the observation group(54 cases)was treated with automatic otolith resetting instrument combined with betahistine mesylate tablet.Response rate,residual dizziness symptom(DHI)and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 96.30%in the observation group and 87.04%in the control group,with no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the DHI score in the observation group(37.68±8.64)was significantly improved compared with that in the control group(49.40±7.51)(P<0.05).After treatment,the satisfaction of observation group(100.00%)was significantly higher than that of control group(54.56%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The DHI score of the group with betahistine mesylate tablets after automatic otolith reduction is lower,which can alleviate the adverse effects of residual dizziness and improve the prognosis and patient satisfaction.
