苏合香丸联合依达拉奉注射液对急性脑梗患者氧化应激及神经功能的影响

Effects of Suhexiang Pill combined with Edaravone injection on oxidative stress and nervous function in patients with acute cerebral infarction

目的:探讨苏合香丸联合依达拉奉注射液对急性脑梗患者氧化应激及神经功能的影响。方法:选择2021年1月至2023年6月本院收治的72例急性脑梗患者作为研究主体。采用随机数表法将患者分为对照组与观察组,各36例。对照组接受依达拉奉注射液治疗,观察组接受苏合香丸联合依达拉奉注射液治疗。比较两组的中医证候积分、神经功能及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗前,两组的主证、次证、舌脉积分NIHSS评分相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组的主证、次证、舌脉积分、NIHSS评分及不良反应发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:结合苏合香丸与依达拉奉注射液治疗能显著提升急性脑梗塞患者的神经功能状况,同时降低中医证候积分及不良反应发生率。

Objective:To investigate the effects of Suhexiang Pill combined with Edaravone injection on oxidative stress and nervous function in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:72 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group with 36 cases in each group.Control group was treated with Edaravone injection,observation group was treated with Suhexiang pill combined with Edaravone injection.TCM syndrome score,nerve function and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in NIHSS scores of primary syndrome,secondary syndrome and tongue and pulse scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the main syndrome,secondary syndrome,tongue and pulse score,NIHSS score and incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Suhexiang pill and Edaravone injection can significantly improve the neurological function of patients with acute cerebral infarction,and reduce the TCM syndrome score and the incidence of adverse reactions.
