益气健脾方对胃癌晚期患者胃功能恢复和营养不良状态的影响

Effect of Yiqi Jianpi Formula on gastric function recovery and malnutrition status in patients with advanced gastric cancer

目的:探究益气健脾方对胃癌晚期患者胃功能恢复和营养不良状态的影响。方法:选取2020年8月至2023年8月我院收治的80例胃癌晚期患者作为研究对象,随机数表动态随机法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组患者采用亚叶酸、5-氟尿嘧啶和伊立替康(Folinic Acid,5-Fluorouracil,Irinotecan,FOLFIRI)化疗方案治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上应用益气健脾方治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后中医证候疗效、胃动力学指标、营养状态指标变化、以及治疗期间的不良反应。结果:治疗后,观察组患者中医证候疗效、胃窦收缩频率(Antral Contraction Frequency,ACF)、胃窦收缩幅度(Antral Contraction Amplitude,ACA)结果、血红蛋白(Hemoglobin,Hb)、血清白蛋白(Albumin,Alb)、转铁蛋白(Transferrin,TFN)、前白蛋白(Prealbumin,PA)水平明显高于对照组,胃排空时间(Gastric Emptying Time,GET)、胃肠道反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:晚期胃癌患者应用益气健脾方治疗可促进胃肠激素分泌,调节胃肠动力,改善患者营养状态及治疗效果,建议临床推广使s用。

Objective:To explore the effect of Yiqi Jianpi Formula on the recovery of gastric function and malnutrition status in patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods:Eighty patients with advanced gastric cancer in our hospital were selected as the research subjects from August 2020 to August 2023,and they were classified into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group,by using dynamic randomization of the random number table method.The patients in control group were given folinic acid,5-fluorouracil and irinotecan(FOLFIRI)chemotherapy regimen,while the patients in observation group were treated with Yiqi Jianpi Formula on the basis of the treatment in control group.The efficacy of TCM syndromes,gastric motility indicators and nutritional status indicators before and after treatment and adverse reactions during treatment were observed in both groups of patients.Results:After treatment,the efficacy of TCM syndromes,antral contraction frequency(ACF),antral contraction amplitude(ACA),hemoglobin(Hb),serum albumin(Alb),transferrin(TFN)and prealbumin(PA)in observation group were obviously higher than those in control group,while gastric emptying time(GET)and incidence rate of gastrointestinal reactions were obviously lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Yiqi Jianpi Formula in patients with advanced gastric cancer can promote the secretions of gastrointestinal hormones,regulate the gastrointestinal motility,and improve the nutritional status and therapeutic effect of patients.
